Electrically adjustable ESD workbench with central lighting, shelf and perforated rear wall

The SMRE assembly tables are highly ergonomic, durable and versatile work stations, available in various sizes (check the table below). Table height adjustment is fast and easy due to the electric columns. SMREPC-2-003-ESD ADJUSTABLE WORKBENCH

1) Workbench on solid and durable steel construction with reinforcing steel bar at the back, protecting against impacts. Steel powder coated with conductive paint in light grey colour RAL7035. Maximum load capacity is 300 kg,

2) Electric height adjustment in the 680-1080 mm scope on columns, columns color: black, 

Electric columns are not ESD so the table top and its structure connected to the metal feet with a spiral cable.

3) Table top made of 25 mm thick conductive laminated ESD chipboard, veneered with ABS 2mm,

4) Shelf with smooth height adjustment. Shelf 300 mm wide and table length, made of 25 mm ESD chipboard.

5) Central LED 30W lighting. Polycarbonate, dustproof and hardbreaking difuser on steel construction. Smooth height adjustment max. 2300 mm from the ground.

6) ESD Perforated wall 380 mm high (9 mm square holes, 38 mm grid to the center of the holes). Made of 2 mm thick sheet, powder coated with conductive ESD paint RAL7035

7) Set of ESD R2 storage containers (6 pcs.) on the strip, in black colour. Dimensions  of a single container are 175x100x75 mm,

8) LZA5 power strip with sure suppressor and switch. It has 5 sockets with earthing pin and a 5 m long power cord,

ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT

We want our products to be as modular as possible. hence the possibility of chosing a wide range of additional equipment for the workbenches. If a particular table model does not have an alement that you need (e.g. additional shelf), we are able to include your needs in the project. In case of any doubts, we encourage you to contact our sales department. Below is a list of an exemplary additional equipment.

1. ACAR power strips with surge suppressor on five sockets and 3 or 5 m cable.
2. ZPAS aluminium power strips.
3. Computer shelf 300 mm wide.
4. Keyboard drawer 300x700 mm.
